Production planning and production control

For several years now computers and microchips have taken over more and more of the production controlling. On the other hand the information that can be gathered by these electronic components is being gathered and transfered to large main frames or databases. Thus the information from the production environment can be directly integrated into other parts of a company, such as accounting, quality control, stock managing and shipping. Also barcoding the product directly during the production process is possible.
 

Especially in this area we have gathered more than 10 years of experience and have applications running that - among other things - directly barcode products and send production data directly to a central database. At the same time these applications control industrial inkjet printers und label printers, read data from scanners and exchange information with  S5 or S7 Simatic units.
